I am so happy and lucky to have Aussie Best Care working with me. Aussie Best Care Support Coordinator has done a great job in finding the right people to work with me. I am so grateful for all of Aussie Best Care's help, Support Coordinator is always available and always trying to solve any issues that arise. As an outcome I now have an amazing support worker Martha that I look forward to seeing three times per week. Martha takes me out in the community to do all the things I love and I really have to thank Aussie Best Care for making this happen.

Aussie Best Care has been exceptional for my grandson and I, from pre plan, plan review to implementation. Support Coordinator is prompt and efficient, she has extensive knowledge of the NDIS and their systems which allowed Support Coordinator to get the maximum use out of my plan focusing on my goals. She was able to explain my plan and assist me to understand each area of my plan. I would highly recommend Sunday from Aussie Best Care from pr-planning right the way through. It really makes a huge difference having people that really care about kids with special needs and try to service their individual.

Life was really quiet for me and lacking substance. I wasn't going anywhere and i was stagnant. I didn't have any goals or aspirations, i felt isolated and alone. Since engaging with Aussie Best Care i now have a future, I've moved out of home and are living independently and loving the freedom it awards me. With the help of my support team, I'm kicking goals and don't even recognize myself in the mirror, I'm a different man. I now spend my time focusing on improving my life skills and preparing for employment and achieving goals i could only dream off. My Support Coordinator Nicole is kind, trustworthy, hard working and makes me feel like i matter. She works closely with my support workers and as I’m told by them is the best example of a Support Coordinator that they have seen in years. Nicole’s attention to details is second to none. She is passionate, driven and set on achieving the best outcome for me. I couldn't wish for a better person to advocate on my behalf.
